This 5-day intensive program (3–4 hours per day) is designed for baristas who already have a foundational understanding and want to advance their craft. Participants will gain hands-on experience across coffee bean selection, advanced manual brewing methods, and creative latte art, all aligned with global SCA standards.
In this advanced training, participants go beyond the basics to develop deeper technical and sensory skills. The course begins with coffee bean selection, teaching how to evaluate origin, roast level, and freshness in relation to different brewing methods. Dedicated latte art sessions provide baristas with the techniques to craft innovative and high-quality designs. The program also covers advanced manual brewing equipment and recipes, including Chemex, AeroPress, Cold Brew, Cold Drip, Moka Pot, and Kalita, helping baristas refine their skills across a wide range of brewing styles.
