Barista Advanced Training

Sharpen your barista skills with in-depth training in advanced brewing, coffee sourcing, and SCA-approved latte art techniques.
This 5-day intensive program (3–4 hours per day) is designed for baristas who already have a foundational understanding and want to advance their craft. Participants will gain hands-on experience across coffee bean selection, advanced manual brewing methods, and creative latte art, all aligned with global SCA standards.
In this advanced training, participants go beyond the basics to develop deeper technical and sensory skills. The course begins with coffee bean selection, teaching how to evaluate origin, roast level, and freshness in relation to different brewing methods. Dedicated latte art sessions provide baristas with the techniques to craft innovative and high-quality designs. The program also covers advanced manual brewing equipment and recipes, including Chemex, AeroPress, Cold Brew, Cold Drip, Moka Pot, and Kalita, helping baristas refine their skills across a wide range of brewing styles.

Duration: 5 days (3-4 hours per day)

The participant will receive in addition to all the training materials in the Barista Foundations the following:

1. Coffee Beans selection. Which will give the participant the knowledge needed to decide and purchase the right coffee beans for consumption based on the coffee origin, roasting level, roasting date, and type of brewing to be used (Espresso or Manual brewing).

2. Special Latte Art sessions which will equip the Barista the necessary skills to create creative and high quality Latte Art based on the approved techniques of the Speciality Coffee Association (SCA) and worldwide standards.

3. Advanced Manual brewing techniques that include Chemex , AeroPress, Cold Brew, Cold Drip, Mokka Pot, and Kalita.

سيحصل المشارك بالإضافة إلى جميع المواد التدريبية في باريستا فاونديشن على ما يلي:

1. اختيار حبوب البن. والتي ستمنح المشارك المعرفة اللازمة لتحديد وشراء حبوب القهوة المناسبة للاستهلاك بناءً على أصل القهوة ومستوى التحميص وتاريخ التحميص ونوع التحضير المطلوب استخدامه (اسبريسو أو التحضير اليدوي  - القهوه المقطرة ).

2. جلسات فن اللآتيه الخاصة والتي سوف يزود الباريستا بالمهارات اللازمة لإنشاء فن لاتيه مبتكر وعالي الجودة بناءً على التقنيات المعتمدة من جمعية القهوة المتخصة (SCA) والمعايير العالمية.

3. تقنيات التحضير اليدوية المتقدمة التي تشمل Chemex و AeroPress و Cold Brew و Cold Drip و Mokka Pot، وكاليتا.
