Refund policy 

We offer a 7-day return policy, allowing customers to a return within 7 days of receiving their product.

Return Period:
Customers have 7 days from the date of receiving their product to request a return.

Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the product must be in the same condition as when received unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Initiating a Return:
To initiate a return, customers should contact us at info@scorestore.ae.
Upon approval, we will provide a return shipping label along with detailed instructions on how and where to send the product. Please note that products returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Products:
We encourage customers to inspect their orders upon receipt. If a product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately to resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Products:
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
• Perishable goods
• Custom products
• Hazardous materials and flammable liquids or gases
• Sale and discounted items (products sold during promotions or sales cannot be returned or exchanged, except if the item is defective or incorrect)
• Gift cards

Exchanges:
For the quickest exchange process, we recommend returning the original product and placing a separate order for the replacement after the return is accepted.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify the customer of the approval or rejection of the refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that the time taken for the refund to be processed and posted by the customer’s bank or credit card company may vary.
