Terms and Conditions of SCORE HIGH GENERAL TRADING
Please take a few minutes to read the terms and conditions outlined below.
By making a payment or an initial deposit, the customer is deemed to have agreed to all the terms and conditions of SCORE HIGH GENERAL TRADING as stated in this document.
1. Payment Terms
Settlement of Remaining Balance:
If the customer pays only a portion of the invoice amount, the remaining balance must be settled within 30 days from the date of the initial payment or as per the agreed date stated in the quotation.
Partial Delivery Before Full Payment:
In the event that any part of the order is delivered before full payment is completed, SCORE HIGH GENERAL TRADING reserves the full right to withhold, suspend, or delay the remaining part of the order until the outstanding balance is fully settled, without any liability on the company.
Default on Payment:
In the event of non-payment, the company reserves the right to withhold the order and delay its delivery. Storage fees will apply at a rate of 0.2% of the invoice value per month (calculated daily).
If the customer fails to settle the remaining balance and the accumulated storage fees exceed the initial deposit amount, the order will be deemed cancelled, and the customer will forfeit the deposit.

2. Delivery and Pickup Terms
Pickup After Full Payment:
If the customer pays the full invoice amount but refuses or fails to collect the order within 30 days of being notified, the customer will be liable for storage fees calculated at 0.2% of the order value per month (calculated daily).
These fees will continue to accrue until the order is collected or all dues are settled.
If storage fees reach 70% of the order value, the order will be deemed cancelled, and the customer will lose all rights to the order without any refund.
3. Installation Terms
Company’s Obligation to Install:
The company is obligated to complete installation within 45 days from the date of full payment or delivery, whichever occurs first.
Delays Caused by the Customer:
If installation is delayed due to site unavailability or any reason attributable to the customer, the customer shall bear all additional costs, including but not limited to:
4. Cancellation and Delay Policy
For customized or special orders, cancellation is not permitted once manufacturing or shipping has commenced. All applicable fees, as agreed, will be charged in the event of cancellation or delay.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Providing Accurate Information:
The customer must provide accurate and complete information at the time of order placement.
Bearing Financial Liabilities:
The customer shall be fully liable for any fees, penalties, or losses resulting from incorrect information, delays, or failure to meet agreed timelines.
6. Amendments to Terms and Conditions
SCORE HIGH GENERAL TRADING reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of the company’s services or placement of orders constitutes implicit acceptance of the updated terms.
