I received my products in a basic courier plastic bag, with the items only packed in a brown paper bag by your team. For glassware or other fragile products, they should be packed in a sturdy box or at least properly secured with bubble wrap.

The MHW 3Bomber glass measuring cup (double spout) had visible smudges on the surface and there appears to be a crack underneath. While it is not leaking at the moment, it may worsen with continued use.

I would strongly recommend improving your dispatch packaging materials and using proper protective packaging, such as bubble wrap, to ensure items are delivered safely. Additionally, I suggest using clear “Fragile” or “Handle with Care” stickers so that third-party courier services handle the parcels with appropriate care.

Overall, this experience was disappointing. Based on this, I would be hesitant to make another purchase or recommend others to shop online from your store.
