Mhw-3Bomber Elf Glass Coffee Dripper - white base

Check the compatibility lines on this page against the equipment in front of you. Sizes here are requirements rather than descriptions: a portafilter size, a basket diameter, a filter shape and size all have to match exactly. Where specific machines are named, read it as a shortlist — components get revised without the machine being renamed. Send us your model, or a photo, and we'll confirm before you order.

UAE mains is 220–240 V at 50 Hz. Some equipment here is multi-voltage, some is sold in market-specific variants, and for a few the export voltage isn't separately confirmed by the maker. If the power line on this page doesn't clearly cover 220–240 V, ask us before ordering — an adapter changes the plug shape, not the voltage, and running a 110 V machine on UAE mains damages it.

Because we only publish what applies and what's stated. A pack of paper filters has no voltage, a keychain has no filter size, and plenty of makers don't publish a weight or a country of origin for small accessories. A missing line means nobody claims it, which is more useful to you than a number we invented. If a figure matters for your decision, ask and we'll get it from the supplier.

Go by the box contents line, not the image. Bundles, sets and gift sets list what they contain, and accessories that appear alongside a product in a photo are often sold separately. Where something you need isn't in the box, tell us and we'll add it to the same order.

Where a warranty is published it's in the specifications above, and it's usually one year on equipment and accessories from the maker, longer on some electronics. Many small accessories carry none, and we say so rather than implying cover that doesn't exist. Keep your order confirmation either way, and message us if something fails — we handle it here rather than sending you to an overseas desk.

Look at the adjustment detail rather than the burr size. Espresso needs fine, closely spaced adjustment at the tight end of the range, and a grinder aimed at filter brewing can be excellent without offering that. Tell us what machine you're pulling shots on and what you drink, and we'll tell you honestly whether a given grinder will get you there — including when the answer is that a cheaper one won't.

If you change your mind, you can request a return within 3 calendar days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days and send photos or video of the issue. Returns need our approval first, so start with a message or email to info@scorestore.ae. Sale and clearance items can't be returned unless they're confirmed defective.
