Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with SCORE HIGH GENERAL TRADING. We aim to provide high-quality products and a reliable customer experience. By placing an order or making any payment, the customer agrees to the following policy.

1. Returns for Change of Mind (Within 3 Days)

Customers may request a return within three (3) calendar days from the date of delivery or purchase for a refund, provided that:

The product is unused, uninstalled, and undamaged

The product is returned in its original packaging

All accessories, manuals, labels, and included materials are returned

The item is in resalable condition

The company reserves the right to reject any return if the product shows signs of use, installation, damage, missing parts, or altered packaging.

2. Damaged or Defective Products (Within 7 Days)

If a product is received damaged or defective, the customer must notify us within seven (7) calendar days from the delivery date.

To process the claim, customers may be required to provide:

Photos or videos clearly showing the issue

Proof of purchase

Original packaging

After verification, the company may repair, replace, or refund the product depending on the situation and product availability.

3. Inspection of Returns

All returned products will be inspected upon receipt.

If the returned product does not meet the return conditions, the company may reject the return request and send the product back to the customer at the customer’s expense.

4. Non-Returnable Cases

Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:

Requests made after the allowed return period

Products that have been used, installed, or assembled

Products returned without original packaging

Items with missing accessories or parts

Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or negligence

No returns for the order when the items are in sale period

Products purchased under clearance, promotional, discounted, or final-sale offers, unless confirmed defective

5. Return Authorization

All returns must receive prior approval from the company through the official email.

Products returned without authorization may not be accepted.

6. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and approved after inspection:

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or transferred to the customer’s bank account

Processing typically takes 7–14 business days, depending on banking procedures

The company is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

7. Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a defective or damaged product, the company will cover the return shipping cost.

If the return is due to change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is defective.

Terms and Conditions

By confirming an order, accepting a quotation, or making any payment, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions.

1. Payment Terms
Remaining Balance

If only part of the invoice is paid, the remaining balance must be settled within 30 days from the date of the first payment or as stated in the quotation.

Delivery Before Full Payment

If part of the order is delivered before full payment, the company reserves the right to withhold or delay the remaining items until the outstanding balance is settled.

Non-Payment

If payment obligations are not met:

The company may withhold delivery

Storage fees of 0.2% of the invoice value per month (calculated daily) will apply

If storage fees exceed the deposit amount, the order will be considered cancelled, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

The deposit may be used to cover costs including:

Storage fees

Shipping and customs charges

Return of goods to the supplier

Any related operational expenses

2. Delivery and Order Collection

If the order is fully paid but the customer does not collect or receive the order within 30 days after notification:

Storage fees of 0.2% of the order value per month will apply.

If storage fees reach 70% of the order value, the order will be considered cancelled, and the customer will lose all rights to the order without refund.

3. Installation

If installation is included, the company will complete installation within 45 days from the date of full payment or delivery, whichever occurs first.

If installation is delayed due to reasons related to the customer, the customer will bear any additional costs including:

Transportation costs

Technician labor

Storage fees

4. Cancellation Policy

Orders that involve custom manufacturing, special procurement, or international shipping cannot be cancelled once production or shipping has started.

Any cancellation after that stage will require the customer to cover all related costs.

5. Customer Responsibility

The customer must provide accurate and complete information when placing an order and is responsible for any costs or delays resulting from incorrect information or failure to meet agreed timelines.6. Amendments

SCORE HIGH GENERAL TRADING reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the company’s services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
