This 3-day foundational program (3–4 hours per day) is ideal for aspiring baristas or café staff looking to build essential skills in specialty coffee. The training covers daily café operations, from espresso and manual brewing to recipe preparation and machine maintenance—aligned with international SCA standards.
This training provides a comprehensive introduction to the practical and theoretical skills required to run a specialty coffee bar. Participants will learn the core techniques of espresso extraction and manual brewing methods such as V60. The program also includes detailed instruction on preparing espresso-based milk drinks using standardized recipes, along with essential knowledge in preventive maintenance for coffee machines and grinders—focusing on daily cleaning and upkeep to ensure optimal performance and consistency.
