Pirates of Coffee: Colombia Razzleberry (250g)

Razzleberry is our first coffee produced by Elkin Guzman at El Mirador Farm in Palestina, Huila, Colombia. 

Razzleberry is a co-ferment natural process, catiope varietal coffee. The berry-forward and juicy profile has a sparkly mouthfeel - a refreshing and balanced cup experience with a lingering sweet finish.

Elkin Guzman, the producer of Razzleberry is well-known for his relentless innovation in the Colombia Experimental Coffee scene. We strongly believe that innovative farmers like him lead the coffee processing industry in a direction never imagined before. This is our first feature of a coffee produced by him, but sure wont be the last! 

ABOUT ELKIN GUZMAN

Elkin Guzman runs his Family Farm El Mirador based in Palestina, Huila, Colombia along with his wife Dianan Devia. Elkin is also known for his collaboration with Rodrigo Sanchez and Claudia Samboni, who are proprietors of Aromas del Sur, another highly regarded producer from Huila.
