Brand: Soil Roasters
The journey of this Colombian crop begins in the lofty highlands of Huila, at an elevation between 1600 and 1900 meters, where coffee cherries are carefully handpicked from small farms before undergoing an initial fermentation stage that imparts rich and distinctive flavors.
The cherries are then transported to the Los Patios facilities, where they undergo a second fermentation focused on yellow tropical fruits, lasting 60 hours. This process infuses the beans with a clear fruity aroma and a naturally balanced sweetness. The journey is completed with a meticulous sun-drying phase, ensuring a full-bodied texture and beautiful harmony in every cup.
Processing: Honey – Anaerobic
