Product Overview
xToddy · Cold Brew System - commercial
Toddy Cold Brew Commercial Model with Lift — smooth, low-acid cold brew
Brewing gear only works in matched sets: a brewer takes one paper shape and size, a cold brew system takes its own filters, and a server has to sit under the brewer you own. The specifications are first on this page so you can check the match in seconds. Anything the manufacturer hasn't published is left off rather than guessed.

What it pairs with
Papers, brewers, servers and cold brew filters are bought separately and are not interchangeable. This is the line to check first.

Tell us what you already own and we'll confirm the pairing, or send the matching papers in the same box so you can brew the day it arrives.
A "cup" here is not a mug
Brewing equipment counts a cup as a small serving, and each maker picks its own figure — Chemex measures one cup as 5 oz, CAFEC's Cup 1 and Cup 4 describe the paper size rather than the drink, and a cold brew system is rated in concentrate that you then dilute. Work from the millilitre capacity and your own mug, not the cup count. This one holds Brews 5 lb (2.3 kg) of coffee to yield up to 2.5 gallons (about 9.5 L) of extract ml.
- Matched before it shipsTell us the brewer you own and we'll confirm the shape and the size, so the papers fit the first time.
- Only what the maker publishesWhere a figure isn't published we leave the line out instead of filling it in, so what you read here is what the manufacturer stands behind.
- Re-order the exact itemThe model code is in the specifications above. Quote it and the replacement is the same item, not a near-enough one.
Is this the right one for you?
Yes, if you
- Have checked the compatibility line against the brewer you already own
- Brew the quantity this size is rated for on an ordinary morning
- Are restocking a consumable you've used before and know the code
- Are happy with the care this material needs — the care line is above
Check with us first if
- You're buying papers without knowing your brewer's shape and size
- You're reading the cup rating as mugs
- You expect a brewer to arrive with its papers; read the box contents
- A figure you need isn't listed above, which means the maker hasn't published it
In the box
- Commercial Model brewing container, lid, cold brew paddle, Toddy Lift, spigot assembly, filter starter set of 2 paper and 2 tree free filters
Care, in the maker's own words
NSF certified. Clean between batches, replace filters per Toddy guidance
Worth following exactly rather than by habit: this collection covers glass, Tritan, ceramic, bamboo and felt, and each one fails differently. Coffee oils come off easily while they're fresh and turn stubborn once they dry, so a rinse straight after brewing saves most of the work.

What people ask before buying
Which papers does my brewer take?
Go by shape first, then size. Cone papers fit cone drippers, flat papers fit flat-bottom brewers, trapezoid papers fit trapezoid drippers, and none of the three substitutes for another. Then match the number: Cup 1 against Cup 4, or 185 against a smaller flat size. Chemex, Toddy and Orea each take their own filters. Send us your brewer and we'll confirm before you order.
Do the brewers come with filters?
Read the box contents on this page. Brewers are normally supplied on their own, and most can't be used without papers, so tell us when you order and we'll add the matching pack to the same delivery rather than leaving you waiting on a second one.
Why are there different papers for different roasts?
CAFEC makes its coffee papers in versions tuned to a roast level, with the crepe and thickness changed so the water passes at a rate that suits denser light-roasted coffee or softer dark-roasted coffee. Where that applies, the roast level is stated in the specifications above. It changes the taste rather than the fit, so the wrong one still brews — just not at its best.
How many mugs does it actually make?
Fewer than the cup rating suggests. Work from the millilitre capacity and your own mug size, and remember a cold brew system is rated in concentrate that gets diluted before drinking. If you're brewing for two or more people regularly, size up rather than brewing twice.
Can I put it in the dishwasher?
Follow the dishwasher and care lines on this page exactly; they differ item by item. Some are dishwasher safe only once a wood collar or tie is removed, some rule out particular detergents, and bamboo and felt are hand wash only. When the line isn't there, the maker hasn't published guidance and a hand wash is the safe assumption.
How long do reusable filters last?
Where the maker publishes a figure it's in the care line above — Toddy's felt filters, for example, are rated for about ten uses or three months. Beyond that they hold old coffee oils and the brew starts tasting of them. Keep them wet in the fridge between uses, and replace them on schedule rather than on appearance.
What if it's the wrong item, or it arrives damaged?
If you change your mind, you can request a return within 3 calendar days of delivery, as long as the item is unused, in its original packaging and in resalable condition. If it arrives damaged or defective, tell us within 7 days and send photos or video of the issue. Returns need our approval first, so start with a message or email to info@scorestore.ae. Sale and clearance items can't be returned unless they're confirmed defective.
What each specification actually does
Compatible drippers / brewersToddy Commercial Model paper and tree free filters only
The line that decides whether the purchase works at all. Every consumable in this collection belongs to a system, and the systems don't cross over: a cold brew unit takes only its own felt and paper, a Chemex takes Chemex bonded filters, and a flat-bottom brewer takes flat papers in its own size. Read it as an exact list rather than a family, and where your brewer isn't named, ask instead of assuming.
Capacity (ml)Brews 5 lb (2.3 kg) of coffee to yield up to 2.5 gallons (about 9.5 L) of extract
Read this as total volume, not the drink in your hand. For a server or a brewer it's the brim capacity, and you never fill to the brim — a dripper has to sit stably on top and there has to be room for the coffee to rise. For a cold brew system the figure is concentrate, which gets diluted before drinking, so the number of servings is higher than the litres suggest.
Main materialFood-safe plastic brewing container with spigot assembly, Toddy Lift and cold brew paddle
Material decides heat behaviour, durability and how you clean it. Glass and ceramic hold heat well once warmed but need warming first and will break if knocked; the hard clear plastics used for brewers and servers take boiling water and survive a drop, which is why they travel; bamboo and felt are neither and want hand washing. None of them changes the taste of the coffee — they change what the tool asks of you.
Dishwasher safeYes - the manufacturer states it can safely be cleaned in a commercial dishwasher
Follow the line exactly, including its conditions. "Yes, but" is common here: away from the heating element, without the wood collar, or not with a particular detergent. A rinse straight after brewing is faster than a cycle anyway, because fresh coffee oils come off with water alone and dried ones don't.
Country of originUSA - made in the United States of America (manufacturer)
Stated as the manufacturer states it. Some makers publish a country, some publish only where an item is assembled or finished, and some don't say. We pass on what they claim rather than inferring an origin from the brand.
